Terms of service
What you agree to when you use this site.
Short version: the site is free, it is a directory of information, and nothing on it makes anyone here your doctor or your lawyer.

A free referral is not free treatment.
We can tell you a program exists. We cannot make it accept you, fund you or see you quickly. Every program sets its own rules, its own money and its own waiting list. Ask them directly, and get the answer in writing before you commit to anything.
1. Who we are
Injured Support Network is a free information service for people hurt in Florida, and for the families looking after them. We publish a directory of Florida and national programs, and we call you back to help you work through it.
We are not a hospital, a clinic, a benefits office, an insurer or a law firm.
2. The service is free
Using this site costs you nothing. Asking for a callback costs you nothing. We never ask you for a card, a deposit or a fee, and nothing on this site is a subscription.
Programs listed in the directory set their own costs. A card marked Free means that program is free. A card marked Costs money means it is not. Check with the program before you rely on either.
3. Information only. Not advice.
Everything here is general information. It is not medical advice, not legal advice, not financial advice and not a benefits determination. Reading this site, filling in a form or speaking to us does not create a doctor and patient relationship, and does not create a lawyer and client relationship.
Decisions about your treatment, your claim and your money are yours, taken with a professional you have chosen.
4. The directory is broad, not complete
We list a wide range of Florida help. We do not list every provider, and the ones we list are not ranked, endorsed or vouched for. A listing is not a recommendation.
Contacts were last checked on 31 August 2026. Phone numbers, eligibility rules, funding and waiting lists change without telling us. If you find something out of date, tell us on the contact page and we will fix it.
5. Law firms and the retainer
The legal section introduces four Florida law firms. We introduce them and nothing more. No firm pays for a higher position on the page.
If you choose a firm, any fee agreement is between you and that firm. You sign it with the firm, not with us. Injured Support Network is not a party to it, takes nothing out of your case, and is not your lawyer.
The retainer shown on this site is a sample only. It is not a live agreement, and signing it commits nobody to anything.
6. What we ask of you
- Give us real contact details, so the person calling you can reach you.
- Use the site for yourself, or for someone you are helping. Not for scraping, resale or bulk marketing.
- Do not use this site to reach us in an emergency. In an emergency, call 911.
7. Limits
We publish this directory in good faith and we keep it as accurate as we can. We do not promise that a program will accept you, that a number still answers, or that any outcome will follow from a call.
To the extent the law allows, Injured Support Network is not liable for a decision you take based on information found here. Nothing in these terms removes a right you hold under Florida or federal law.
8. Changes
We update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Keep using the site and you accept the current version.
9. Talk to us
Questions about these terms go to the contact page, or use the contact form.

Why people call us
One call. An advocate helps you find the right numbers.
People call because the bills have started, the insurer keeps ringing, and nobody has told them what to do first. We answer, we listen, and we point you at real Florida help.
