What we do with your details.

Short version: your name, email and phone go to the person who calls you back. We do not sell them, and no law firm gets them unless you pick that firm yourself.

A family supporting each other while sorting through next steps.

You are safe to ask for help. Asking us a question does not put you on a marketing list, and it does not tell your employer, your insurer or anybody else that you called.

1. What we collect

  • Your name, email and phone. You type these when you ask for help or send a message.
  • Your message. Only what you choose to write.
  • Your answers in the legal path, if you use it. How you were hurt, when, where in Florida, treatment, insurer contact, work lost.
  • Basic site logs. Page visited, rough location by region, browser type. Standard server records.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, a policy number, a card, or a medical record. Do not send those through this site.

2. Why we collect it

One reason: so a person can call you back and help you use the directory. That is the whole purpose.

If you choose a law firm in the legal path, we pass your details to that one firm so it can call you. You choose the firm. We do not choose it for you, and we do not send your details to the other three.

3. What we never do

  • We do not sell your details.
  • We do not auction your case to a panel of firms.
  • We do not pass your details to an insurer.
  • We do not run advertising trackers that follow you off this site.

4. Who else sees it

The people who answer the phone for Injured Support Network. The one law firm you pick, if you pick one. Our hosting and email suppliers, which store the message on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.

We hand information to a court or an agency only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details while we are helping you, and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up where we left off if you call again. Ask us to delete them and we delete them.

6. Cookies

This design mockup sets no cookies at all. The live site will use only what it needs to work, plus privacy-respecting counts of how many people visited a page. No advertising cookies.

7. Your choices

  • Ask what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Tell us to stop calling. We stop.

Send any of these through the contact page, or use the contact form.

8. Children

This site is written for adults. A parent or guardian should make the contact when the injured person is a child. We do not knowingly collect details directly from a child.

9. Changes

We update this page when the service changes. The date at the top is the date of the current version.

Why people call us

One call. An advocate helps you find the right numbers.

People call because the bills have started, the insurer keeps ringing, and nobody has told them what to do first. We answer, we listen, and we point you at real Florida help.
